We are using Paddle as our payment provider and thus be able to offer Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal as possible payment options. Other methods are not available as of now.
Yes. For each payment an invoice will be created by our payment provider Paddle. Invoices can be downloaded at any time on your subscription page.
Your billing period starts the day you subscribe and automatically continues until you cancel your subscription. So if you start your subscription on the 20th of a month and choose montly payment, your next payment will be due on the 20th of the next mont ...
You can request a full refund up until 14 days after you started your subscription. After the 14 days have passed, we might be able to give you a partial refund. Please get in touch. You can read more about this in our Cancellation Policy.
